The Company Directors co-founded Claritas Consulting in 2004 having worked together in business consulting for over a decade. The decision to form Claritas Consulting was borne from a shared passion to deliver exceptional consultancy, direction and expertise, hallmarked by genuine affiliation with our clients to enhance their success.

 

James Doyle

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

James leads the company’s strategic planning, operations and consulting practice as Claritas Consulting’s CEO. From the outset James has focused on developing the strategy, operations, methodology and structures needed to support Claritas Consulting’s successful growth.

Along with Sinéad FitzGerald, James oversees Claritas Consulting’s day-day operations.

James’s significant record of achievement spans over 20 years directing major programmes of change focusing on strategy led, process driven business transformation in both public and private sectors. James has undertaken extensive training in their Business Process Reengineering (BPR) methodology, which they had developed with Michael Hammer, a seminal figure in this field, placing James as custodian of the businesses own methodology.

James’s formative experience has been a vital component in establishing and cultivating Claritas Consulting’s unique ethos.

A native of Dublin, James is a graduate of Trinity College and Kings Inns and has worked in senior roles in a number of consultancy organisations including Price Waterhouse, James Martin & Associates, Texas Instruments, Orygen and Original Solutions. 

He is a qualified life and business coach, which enables him to bring an extra dimension to his consulting work, particularly with senior management, both individuals, and teams.

 



  

Sinéad FitzGerald

Chief Operations Officer (COO)

Sinéad manages Claritas's operations, including the organisation's development and design, and continuous improvement to successfully deliver our services to our clients. Responsibilities include management and oversight of finance, human resources and operations.

In addition to this role Sinéad continues to provide consultancy support to clients. With over 12 years in leading and implementing both organisation-wide process change and discrete initiatives, Sinéad's experience incorporates large scale business transformation, new product development, strategy formulation, planning, process design and renewal and implementation.

Having consulted both in Ireland and abroad, Sinéad has worked in both global and indigenous managment consultancies before establishing Claritas Consulting with Aidan and James. Her clients are predominantly in the financial, academic and public sectors.

Sinéad, a native of Galway city, is a graduate of National University of Ireland, Galway.

 

 
       
 

Orla Gallagher

Business Development Manager

Orla is Claritas Consulting’s Business Development Manager dedicated to developing and managing new and existing client relationships.

Orla, a member of the sales institute of Ireland, has spent over ten years consulting with leading international consultancy firms on small, medium and large scale transformational programmes across financial services, telecommunications, FMCG, utilities and the public sector. Throughout this time Orla was primarily focused on solution design and implementation, operational support and business transformation. As a result, Orla is extremely well placed to identify and understand client requirements across multiple industry sectors.

Orla, a native of Carlow, is a graduate of University College Dublin and of University of Limerick.

 

 



  

Aidan Pettit

Chief Delivery Officer (CDO)

Throughout an extensive career spanning project management, process design and business transformation, Aidan has specialised in managing strategically critical process change for clients, in private and public sectors, from inception to implementation.

His speciality is premised upon alignment of strategic business objectives, technology and information services enablers to optimise client's competitive advantage, manage costs and empower client resources.

A passionate advocate of delivering a replicable model of Claritas's methodology Aidan has been at the forefront of ensuring its uniform application. As a founding director Aidan oversees implementation of Claritas projects directing the wider team in shaping and delivering projects.

A native of Westmeath, Aidan is a graduate of Dublin City University. His past experience includes working in lead roles with consultancy organisations GE, Texas Instruments and Orygen.

 

 

       
 

Anand Nicodemus

Senior Manager

Anand joins Claritas Consulting as a senior manager. An innovator in BPM (Business Process Management) and associated disciplines of Business Process Re-engineering, Business Excellence (TQM) and Business Transformation, Anand brings his global experience to further our capability to deploy pioneering, accelerated approaches that enable outstanding client results.


Prior to joining Claritas Consulting, Anand was Head of the Dubai World's Business Excellence Centre, where he was instrumental in setting up a Continual Improvement Framework to reduce cost and enhance productivity on a continual basis within that organisation.  In the role of managing Consulting Services, Anand developed BPM frameworks encapsulating Six Sigma, in addition to establishing LEAN-based Cost Optimisation Programmes to produce tangible client measurable cost savings and improved client performance.

Anand’s 20 years experience includes work in AGN International’s Management Consulting practice in Muscat.
