Company Overview

Claritas Consulting is a business consultancy dedicated to providing premium quality services to clients in both the private and public sectors. The three founding partners have a combined total of over 50 years experience in consultancy. Most recently they worked together in Orygen Limited during which time they undertook a variety of projects ranging from Project Management, Business Process Improvement, Business Reviews and ICT Strategy Planning with a number of major clients, including AIB, HSA, FÁS, Bank of Ireland, Eastern Regional Health Authority, Dublin City Council, UCD and First Active.

Origin of the Company

The origin of the partnership dates back to 1992 when the Partners worked together in Texas Instruments Software, which in turn was purchased by Sterling Software Ltd in 1997. The Irish subsidiary took the opportunity at this time to ‘spinout’ as an independent company, Orygen, where we continued to work on the business consultancy side of the company. Following the closure of Orygen, we recognised the market requirement for a consultancy company that is focused on “making sense of your business”.  The partnership is based on the following key principles:

Growth and Development

Since the inception of the partnership in October 2004, Claritas Consulting has enjoyed continuous achievement and growth in the business consultancy arena. The intervening period has been marked by considerable financial success, gained as a result of a number of successful assignments with a range of clients. In 2006, we recruited three additional senior business analysts to meet the growing demand for our services, in line with our business plan. This prudent and selective recruitment programme will continue in 2007, to carefully expand our service delivery capabilities in accordance with our ethos of quality, commitment and service.
